Known as the “Oscars” of the South African wine industry, the Veritas Awards celebrated its 36th edition this year. The competition attracted 1,293 entries, with 95 Double Gold and 196 Gold medals awarded – placing our leading wines in distinguished company.
Merwida received nine medals, including one Double Gold, one Gold and three Silver Outstanding awards, alongside three Silvers and one Bronze. We are especially proud of these standout results:
