The palate is supple, featuring a creamy mid-palate texture and soft, well-balanced acidity that seamlessly carries the flavours from the nose, emphasizing the lush tropical notes. The finish is layered and lingering, with standout impressions of papaya, crisp green apple, and a subtle hint of white peach. This Chenin Blanc is a delicious, easy-drinking style, yet it has enough character and depth to develop gracefully over the next 2-3 years from vintage.
