The grapes were harvested from selected blocks on the farm and grow in deep dark loam soil. The vines are 15 years old and yield at 12 ton/ha and it was hand-picked early morning in February.

Before serving ensure it is chilled between 7 – 13°C. Merwida Sauvignon Blanc is a wonderful pairing partner with herb-driven sauces, salty cheese, light meats and Asian food.
